Do I need to already have AI tools for you to help me?
No. The audit works for businesses at any stage. If you have no AI tools yet, the audit tells you exactly what to buy and what not to waste money on. If you already have tools, it tells you whether they are working and what to fix. Either way you walk away with clarity and a priority action list.
We already went back to the vendor and they couldn't fix it. Can you?
Almost always, yes, and this is exactly the situation we are built for. Vendors have a financial reason to defend their tool. We have no such conflict. In most cases the tool itself is fine, the problem is how it was set up, what data it was given, and whether the workflow around it makes sense. Those are all things we fix without touching the vendor's software.
How does the 50/50 payment structure work?
You pay 50% upfront to secure your engagement and cover our initial work. The remaining 50% is due at the end of the engagement when results are delivered and you are satisfied. If we reach the end date and the agreed outcomes have not been met, we extend the engagement at no charge until they are. You carry no risk on the back half of the project.
Do you work with small businesses or only corporates?
We work best with businesses between 20 and 300 staff, small enough that we can move quickly, large enough that the problems are worth solving at this price point. If you are smaller than 20 staff, the audit is still valuable but some engagement fees may not make financial sense yet. We will tell you honestly on the first call.
What does the custom bot build actually involve? Do you write code?
The bot is built using professional no code and low code platforms, the same tools used by AI agencies internationally. We configure the conversation flows, train the bot on your specific data and documents, connect it to your existing systems via automation, and run a two week live test before full launch.
What currencies do you work in?
